WATCH CHELSEA vs BRIGHTON LIVE

Chelsea have not allowed a goal in 307 minutes in all competitions, including clean sheets in the Premier League against Bournemouth and West Ham, ahead of a midweek 5-0 League Cup victory over League Two visitors Barrow.

Brighton have been very good this season, especially in open play. The Blues have attacked almost as fiercely, but give away far more chances than the Seagulls. This could be a fun one.

Brighton & Hove Albion focus, team news

Brighton’s best forwards are Kaoru Mitoma and Danny Welbeck, plus Joao Pedro when healthy. With Pedro out, Welbeck will need to continue this season’s fantastic renaissance.

Chelsea vs brighton prediction

It would be a very nice statement if Chelsea beat Brighton at Stamford Bridge, because Enzo Maresca’s project would radiate a sense of normality. Not so long ago, the Blues were expected to beat Brighton on any given day. Can Maresca’s men achieve such a feat? Chelsea 2-1 Brighton.
