Patriots fans have an unsurprising reaction to Jacoby Brissett Pick-Six

Jacoby Brissett didn’t turn the ball over through the first three games of the season, but the New England Patriots quarterback made a costly mistake against the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday.

San Francisco star linebacker Fred Warner intercepted a wired Brissett pass and returned it 45 yards for a pick-six. Brissett targeted wide receiver Tyquan Thornton on the play, but had a few open receivers, including DeMario Douglas.

The play extended San Fran’s lead to 13-0 with 14:01 left in the first half. It was a second straight drive that ended in a turnover after a Rhamondre Stevenson fumble.

Considering where Brissett finds himself as a veteran ahead of starting quarterback Drake Maye, the reaction from New England fans wasn’t too surprising.
